Day One for the New Sunflowers

I let the sunflower seeds soak for about 24 hours and spread them over the shredded paper.  Then put a thin, single, layer of shredded paper over them and covered to keep them in the dark for three days.
Not associated with this experiment but also planted some old basil seeds for the hydroponic setup.
