Well the New Year is upon us and once again we are under a freezing rain warning. It seems as if this type of weather is becoming more common around this time of year. I am glad that Hareth is eager to clear the driveway for me.
I was going through some photos looking for a new one to put on the computer desk top and came across a wonderful photo of a lion that I took while on safari in Kenya in May of 2008.
I suppose I should put up some of the hundreds of safari photos that I have taken over the years. We spent 3 years in Nairobi and made several trips to the various National Game Parks. I enjoyed the safaris so much that during my 4 years in Abu Dhabi I made 2 trips to the Masi Mara with other friends but left Wendy to hold down the fort and the one in 2008 with Wendy and another wonderful couple. They were all great fun..
