Not very much going on today. Did my morning run but had to take a bit of a break in 4 kilometre portion. I also added a another entry - a comparison of the last four runs.
Now trying to work on this site, getting some info about the Hash House Harriers so that anyone reading this, who does not know about this infamous group, will gain a bit of insight.
Usually we alternate Sunday dinners between our place and with our son and his family but so far have not heard anything from him so supper is being started for the two of us.
